The choice was vaste and I wanted them all! I settled for a selection of hot cheeses with chilli and a goat cheese log just because I absolutely love goat cheese. So here they are.
I served them with very cold grapes and the hot chutney and hot bruschetta bread style that came with the cheeses selection. Were they tasty? My guests loved them! And I was pleasantly surprised by the cheddar and Red Leicester with chilli. Hot but not too hot. Great with cold grapes.
The cheddar with the chilli is mature, full of flavour and perfect with the chilli chutney. The Red Leicester is so creamy and full of flavour.
The goat cheese is the spreadable kind of cheese, creamy, full of flavour, typical goat cheese taste.
